Refund policy
Given that our products are used by children, we do not accept returns of our items. We will replace any item that is damaged or defective, as long as the damaged or defective item is reported within 5 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in a damaged or defective condition when you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your replacement request is accepted, we’ll send you the replacement item and kindly ask that you dispose of the damaged or defective item. Please do not send any damaged or defective items back to us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We do not accept refunds. If an item is damaged or defective, we will ship a replacement item at our cost. Please inform us of any damaged or defective items as soon as possible after receiving the order. Please allow 2-3 business days to process the shipment of the replacement item and 5-7 business days for the replacement item to arrive.
